MEET DALE

Faith and family are at the center of Dale William Brandsberg’s life. Dale and his wife, Terina, have been married for 38 years. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. Dale also brings experience from both the classroom and the private sector.
He spent four years teaching, and he has coached basketball at the high-school and junior-college levels. Over the past 14 years, Dale has worked as a general manager in the restaurant industry, overseeing more than 60 employees and operations with approximately $6.3 million in annual sales.
Why I’m running for ESU 3
Dale believes Educational Service Units have an important role in providing local school districts with the tools, resources. and training that help teachers and students thrive. He is seeking the District 5 seat on the ESU 3 Board because he believes his experience in education and management contribute to that work.
EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES
Dale believes educational services and materials should remain focused on lifelong skills and improving test-score outcomes for students. Regarding the basics — Reading, Writing, Arithmatic, and Science — we can better equip our children to succeed.
